About Us
Aúna is a space to celebrate and support Latin American artisans and the beautiful, traditional work they create. Right now, we're carrying handmade Mochilas Wayúu from indigenous women in La Guajira, Colombia, Marday Arte bags from Barranquilla - a family-owned business making pieces with caña flecha, and cutarras Panameñas - woven by hand by the Mojica family in Panamá.
These pieces are made using techniques passed down through generations. They're part of our culture and our history.
As a Panamanian who grew up in the US, this project feels like coming home to my roots - and I want to bring these artisan-made treasures to you. Aúna is about slow fashion, supporting small makers, and keeping our traditions alive.
